SetApp Application Details
1. Connect
A local WI-FI connection is created between your smartphone and the inverter. System firmware is upgraded, and the system is activated.
2. Pair & Configure
Inverter pairing and configuration is managed through the SetApp menu on your smartphone.
3. Produce Power
Once the inverter and power optimizer pair, the system start up process begins. The power optimizers start producing power, and the inverter starts converting power from DC to AC.
Important: this app is for use only with SetApp enabled SolarEdge inverters (no display).

A proprietary data monitoring receiver has been integrated into the single phase inverter and aggregates the power optimizer performance data from each PV module. This data can be transmitted to the web and accessed via the SolarEdge monitoring platform for performance analysis, fault detection and troubleshooting of PV systems.
